Log Activity - Keep everyone on the same page

Repetitive communication wastes time for everyone. Stay one step ahead by knowing what your colleague has already discussed with the site—no need to repeat yourself. Whether it was a meeting, note, message, call, or email, it doesn't matter—all communication is safely stored on Yendou.

You can now log activities directly on any site or site staff profile. Email, call, meeting, message, or note — it’s all just one click away under the new “Log activity” menu.

Bulk Selection + Actions for Sites & Site Staff

You can now select multiple site records or staff profiles at once using Shift + Click — just click the first item, then hold Shift and click the last. All records in between will be selected. Need to fine-tune your selection? Just uncheck any row manually.

Once you’ve selected a group, a bulk action bar appears at the bottom. From there, you can quickly add sites or staff to a project, site list, or workflow—without repeating steps one by one.

We redesigned the sidebar to give tables more space to breath. At Yendou, every feature is meticulously crafted for peak efficiency. We’ve redesigned the sidebar and made it horizontal. Why?
